   <description><![CDATA[Men,<br /><br />managed to catch 5 and you needed 7 to progress as one of the 8 from 30 who went to the final.&nbsp;&nbsp;I<br /> received much support flies, areas etc from the Jock Fed guys which was very useful.&nbsp;&nbsp;At the Lake of <br />Mentieth you can be fishing between 4 - 6 feet for long drifts and my best method was floating line, top dropper size 12 Mark Duncan olive buzzer, middle thin black buzzer size 10 and either a very small white eyed claret palmered booby, or crippled midge top and point and light buzzer in between which fishes sub surface.<br /><br />Learned a lot enjoyed the day saw an osprey catch a trout yesterday, a good overall experience, next year!!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;Many thanks for the support lads. <img src="/forum//Smilies/cool.png" style="vertical-align: middle" alt="" />]]></description>
